Purser Trainer
Alex White
Alexandra’s yachting career stems over 17 years, having entered the industry in Hong Kong in 2001. She worked her way up to lead stewardess at age 19 and has worked on several high-profile motor yachts. Her career has involved many new build and refit projects internationally, before becoming an Interior Manager and on-board PA until 2017. Alexandra has extensive experience in shipyard operations, consulting, interior set up, maintenance and operations, along with accounting, project management, administration, charter and crew training.
Service and Leadership Trainer
Sophie Leach
Sophie has 17 years hospitality experience and a great love for teaching, travelling, fitness and service. She has taken her skills learnt from the last 7 years in the yachting industry to help educate, teach and better others getting into, or wanting to improve their yachting skills as a strong Leading Chief Steward/ess. Her experience includes all interior positions including Stewardess / Personal Trainer / Masseuse, Stew / PA, Sole Stew, 2nd and Chief Stew, on motor yachts ranging from 26 to 65 meters. Her strengths are M&L, Service, Laundry, HK, Valet, Barista, Wine and Cocktails
Service and Interior Trainer
Rebecca Mulhern
Rebecca has worked in hospitality for well over 14yrs, and in that time, has completed 7yrs as a Design and Delivery Specialist for TRiM telecom NZ before entering in the Yachting Industry. While with Telecom NZ she Designed and Delivered training content for the call centres in both NZ and Manila. She then moved to yachting and has spent 7yrs in the industry working her way up to Chief Stew. Her previous training knowledge and experience makes her wonderful part of The Crew Academy.
