Lychee Lemonade
35ml Vodka
15ml Lychee Liqueur
50ml Lychee Juice or puree
1 teaspoon (5ml) Sugar Syrup
25ml Fresh Lemon Juice
Soda Water
Garnish: A lemon wedge, or a fresh lychee, or both!
* Build in Christophle Tall Tumbler, over ice cubes.
Pour all of the ingredients into an ice filled glass, stir, garnish and add straws.
Cosmopolitan
45ml Vodka
15ml Triple Sec / Cointreau 15ml Fresh Lime Juice
25ml Cranberry Juice Garnish: Flamed orange zest
* Shake and then serve in cocktail glass. NO straw! Use potato peeler for Zest.
Pour all ingredients into a shaker, fill with ice, shake and double strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Hold the orange zest over the glass and press it between your index finger and your thumb, aiming into the flame of a lighter held over the surface of the drink.
Then rub the orange zest around the rim and drop into the glass.
To chill glass, fill with ice and soda water.
