60ml White Rum
35ml Fresh Lime Juice 15ml Sugar Syrup Garnish: Lime Wedge
*Shake and serve in cocktail glass or Sky Lounge water glass.
Pour all ingredients into the shaker and fill up with ice, shake and pour. Finish by placing the garnish onto the rim of the glass.
Gin Fizz
60ml Gin
25ml Fresh Lemon Juice 20ml Sugar Syrup
Top With Soda Water Garnish: Lemon wedge
*Shake and serve in Christophle Tall Tumbler. Pour all non sparkling ingredients in a shaker. Fill up with ice. Shake and strain into an ice filled glass and top up with soda. Add a stirrer and the garnish.
