Valet
This interactive course provides specific knowledge in the fundamentals that will raise your Valet standards to new heights. Aimed at all crew who are perfectionists and who are intrigued and driven to deliver the best service possible.
Upon completion, students will know and understand the processes of Packing and Unpacking, Wardrobe Management, the Tying of Ties and Bow ties, Complete Shoe Care, Heming and Mending as well as the Art
of Folds. An informative and interesting course, the Valet Service Modules cover 2 days and include elements set out in the GUEST Certification Guidelines, for the following modules;

Course Outline
This course is aimed at those who are committed to continued growth, in products and skill levels within Interior Excellence. Students will be taught both theory and practical about a variety of useful, high-level skills, as well as being required to practice and display the attributes taught during the course. This is a NEW and insightful course that dedicates it’s time to the delicate art that is Interior Excellence.

All passing students are accredited with a Certification – 100% attendance rate required.
