                  Popsicles for hot days


                   Ingredients:


                    -Plastic cups
                     -1 cup of water                         Cookies for champions
                     -2 tsp of sugar                        Ingredients:
                      -Chopped carrots and/or apples
                       Instructions:                        1 cup of whole wheat flour
                        Mix all the ingredients in a plastic cup and stir until the sugar is
                         dissolved. Put the plastic cups in a freezer and let them freeze
                                                            1 cup of uncooked oats
                                                            1 cup shredded carrots
                         overnight. Now your popsicles are ready!
                                                           1 tsp of salt
                                                           1 tsp of sugar
                                                           2 tsp of vegetable oil
                                                           ¼ cup of molasses
                                                          Instructions:

                                                          1. Mix well all the ingredients in a bowl.
                                                          2. Make small balls and place them on a greased cookie sheet.
                                                          3. Bake at 350º C for 15 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown.

                                                 Birthday cake

                                                 Ingredients:

                                                 ½ cup of old fashioned oats
                                                 ½ cup of whole wheat flour
                                                  ½ cup of sugar free applesauce
                                                  1 mashed banana
                                                  ½ apple chopped
                                                   ¼ molasses
                                                   ½ cup of vegetable oil
                                                   ¼ cup of flax or chia seeds
                                                   1 tsp cinnamon
                                                    Instructions:
                                                    1.Mix well all the ingredients in a bowl.
                                                     2. Scoop the mix into a greased pan.
                                                     3. Bake for 10 minutes at 325º C.
