An automatic stretch wrapping machine
enables the forklift driver to be able to
load the pallet on to the wrapping
machine without getting off the forklift.

This machine drastically reduces time
in the warehouse and with the distinct
tailless film welding system only found
with the Omni Superplus, the pallet is

A fully automatic stretch wrapping machine does not need an
operator at all. Loads are transferred to the machine via a conveyor
system into the wrapping area where it begins to wrap the pallet.
At the end of the cycle the film is cut and welded to the pallet
with the distinct design system, leaving no stretch film tails. Once
the wrapping process is complete the pallet of goods moves out
of the stretch wrapping machine area on a conveyor ready for
the next pallet to come in.
These machines can be fully integrated into existing conveyor
systems.
