If you want to explore your talents and continually
upskill, I would definitely recommend Intact as a place
to launch your career. I started here as an Application
Support Consultant, but the management team quickly
identified that I had potential in coding and supported
me to transition into Development. A year and a half
later, I asked if I could take on more responsibilities,
and a new role was created so I could continue coding
and troubleshooting while also working alongside
stakeholders. I was really trusted to define that new
position, and my colleagues have been extremely
supportive and helpful along the way.
