therapeutic, relaxing style. Any BODY can do this style of yoga. No experience Mon. - Wed. 9-11 a.m.

Adult Chair Yoga Age 16+
In this class, participants will use the support of a chair to move, breathe,
and arrive in yoga poses. Benefits of chair yoga include stretching the body,
increased mobility and strength, and reduced stress and pain. Plus, chair yoga
helps clear the mind! Please bring a yoga mat to class.
