Prize Giving

During the event the Colonel Commandant,
Lieutenant General James Bashall, arrived
and joined one of the March and Shoot teams
at the ranges. He attached himself to their
team and marched back to Worthy Down
with them. Later on, he visited the Military
Skills stands and completed a number of the
tests. Suffice to say, he obtained perfect passes
in all the stands he attempted, without help
from the Command Sergeant Major. General
Bashall then presented the prizes to the
winning teams. In true Triple Crown tradition,
there was varying standards of drill, amusing
the onlookers.
