25th Anniversary Celebrations in
Catterick
6th July 2017
A date in July was selected,
as it was the one day it
stood a chance of being
sunny in Catterick. Such
was the confidence, there
was no requirement to have
a wet weather programme.
All the signs in the run up
indicated the day would
indeed be a washout with
torrential rain forecast for
a fortnight. However, it was
actually a baking hot day,
the likes of which has never
been witnessed on the Gaza
Barracks sports pitches
previously.
