MARKETING
Who is my point of contact for Marketing?

What is the Grand Opening Plan?
The grand opening plan is broken up into four phases:
1. Pre-opening. Guerrilla marketing tactics are used heavily to advertise our Free Exam, Consultation and Adjustment text-in offer.
2. Soft Opening. During this phase you will open your doors to the public and redeem the free text-in offers the first weekend your
store is open.
3. Grand Opening - This typically takes place three weeks after the soft opening. During this time, you will have a three day open-
ended offer to all new patients to come in and take advantage of our Free Exam, Consultation and Adjustment.
4. To keep the momentum going, you will receive print drops every two weeks.
How much am I expected to spend?
You are expected to spend $14,000 over the first two months of the Grand Opening. All markets aren’t created equal, so we typically
care more about securing all the tactics to make your sale a success!
Do we work with any agencies?
Yes, we work with a digital agency called Over The Top (O.T.T.). They execute all of our SEO/SEM tactics like Google AdWords,
Facebook, Yelp, YouTube and Instagram. We have plug-in play turn-key programs developed for your marketing needs and will walk you
through the process.
Do I need to create my own collateral?
No. Prisma, our print company, has a one-stop fulfillment portal for your every need. Whether you want outdoor signage, apparel,
promotional items, brochures, forms, print ads, billboards, car wraps, or need to design something very specific to fit your needs, they
can provide it. It’s all just a click away on DokShop, complete with all of the medical and chiropractic legal disclaimers on a state by state
basis.
