Meet the Leadership Team
- Manjula Sriram,Vice President of Information Technology Resources
- Dr. Steve Knauf, D.C., Director of Chiropractic and Compliance

Manjula Sriram joined The Joint in March 2018 and brought with her more
than 20 years of experience in technology and information systems. Prior
to The Joint, Sriram served as director of implementation services for
Early Warning® Services, a financial technology company that works to
provide solutions for real-time funds availability across a variety of
payment platforms, including the Zelle® software. Her professional
background also includes IT leadership experience across the retail,
airline and logistics sectors.

Dr. Steve Knauf began working at The Joint in 2011. After spending
four years as a chiropractor in a clinic, he took the role of senior doctor
of chiropractic for 13 of The Joint clinics. In January 2017, he was
promoted to his current position as director of chiropractic and
compliance. In this role, he ensures compliance for the franchise
network while growing the system through strong relationships with
chiropractic schools, associations and boards. In August 2017, he was
appointed by the governor to serve on the Arizona Board of
Chiropractic Examiners, a position which he continues to hold.
