This 280,000 square foot building has be completely remodeled. It has a new HVAC system and
electrical system, as well as a 24/7 generator for the entire building. Two loading docks are instal-
led at the property; one on the first floor and one on the second. The building is designed to
accommodate light manufacturing and assembly, as well as office space.
