Our building is equipped with state-of-the-art surveillance and card access systems to ensure
that our tenants’ businesses remain secure 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

WORLD-CLASS FACILITY OPERATIONS
Problems are fixed before they are even noticed. We are meticulous about the cleanliness and
security of the buildings and grounds, as well as the comfort of your employees.

All maintenance is directed from a central location. A prompt response is the responsibility of a
dedicated dispatcher, on call 24/7. Our Facilities Operations Group (FOG) is on call around the
clock monitoring all R.D. Scinto properties and emergencies.

Interior construction, architectural, and design services are available in-house for quick respons-
