Bob Scinto is a visionary whose imagination turns ideas into reality. A

Scinto, whose entry into the world of commercial real estate development
was the rehab of a three-family house in Bridgeport, Conn., 40 years ago,
now presides over the 40 buildings he owns and manages in Fairfield County.

Today, decades later, Scinto enhances the appeal for his com-
mercial properties by following his foundational guiding princi-
ple: take care of the people and the business will take care of it-
self. And take all the time that’s needed to accomplish a goal.

Having come from a hardworking Italian-American family of modest means
in Bridgeport, he hasn’t forgotten his roots. He supports with time, talent,
and treasure the community educational, cultural, religious, and social
programs that energize the spirits of people, whether they’ve been here
for years or are recently arrived. He understands the need to give back.

Scinto is a builder, of buildings, of course. He’s also a builder of relationships
among people. By following his instincts, he has shown that success can be
