As a Realtor in California and Michigan,
Kathleen Schepke’s multi-million-dollar sales
production has allowed her to compile valuable
tools for professional service. Her unique style
is balanced to meet the needs of both buyers
and sellers and she continually strives for
excellence. Kathleen's goal in serving her
clients is to abide by The Realtor Code of Ethics
and live by The Golden Rule.
Kathleen feels that continuing education is an
important part of being a Realtor®. Her current
designations include:
ABR—Accredited Buyer Representative
IMS—Innovative Marketing Specialist
GRI 1—Graduate of Realtor Institute
Presently working on GRI 2.
Through the years Kathleen has enjoyed leading
children's ministries, coaching baseball and
soccer, volunteering with various organizations
and has served in the US Air Force. However,
her greatest blessings are her four young adult
children who make her proud every day.
