KNOW BEFORE YOU GO...

Casinos — We offer day and overnight trips to various casinos. We never stop at a
casino unless you know in advance. Gaming in not required by anyone. All
casinos require month, day, year of birth in advance of trip, plus a government
issued picture ID, such as a driver’s license and a minimum age. Casino packages
are subject to change and are never guaranteed.

Cancellations — On all MotorCoach trips, we offer a 100% refund on all money
paid up to 45 days in advance. Within 45 days, funds cannot be returned. We
commit months in advance to secure rooms, meals, tickets, etc. which must be paid
for well in advance. If we are able to replace your reservation with another paid
traveler, we will gladly return any money we receive back from our vendors. If you
can get someone to take your place, all money is refunded. If you have travel
insurance, a claim can be filed directly with them. Cruises, airlines, railroads and
international travel all have different refund policies and will be explained when
booking a trip. If for any reason we cancel a trip, all money will be fully refunded.

Deposit/Balances — A trip can only be guaranteed when a deposit or payment is
received. Trip balances are due 30 days prior to short trips and 45 days for longer
excursions. We accept personal checks, money orders and cash. Credit cards are
accepted only when purchasing cruises and international travel from our tour
partners.

Notice of Liability — In making arrangements for hotels, meals, transportation,
transfers, excursions and other services included in a tour, Good Times Travel LLC
is acting only as an agent for the suppliers and is not liable for any accident, injury,
damage, loss, illicit act, delay or other irregularity, which may be caused by the
defect of any vehicle or the negligence or default to any company or personnel
engaged in conveying the passenger or carrying out the arrangement of the tour.
Good Times Travel LLC reserves the right to change, add to or delete any portion
of the itinerary, as deemed necessary without notice for the duration of the tour.
Good Times Travel LLC reserves the right to ask anyone to leave the tour if that
person disrupts the tour or other passengers. Transportation home will be at your

Good Times Travel ‘N Tours offers and recommends travel
insurance for all our overnight vacations. We selected
RoamRight Travel Insurance as our provider of choice.
Our insurance can cover Trip Cancellation, Trip Interruption,
Trip Delay, Baggage Delay, Personal Effects, Accident
Sickness Medical Expense, Emergency Evaluation plus more.
