4.4.    Warranty and Warranty Conditions

                    Warranty period of Fiber Laser Cutting Machine is 1 year or 1900 working hours (whichever comes first) from the date of first operation. All the necessary after sales
                      service will be provided by İnanlar during the warranty period for manufacturing defects and breakdowns. The parts that need to be replaced will be provided by İnanlar
                      free of charge during the warranty period if they are not defected by customer’s fault or undone maintenance.

                    Consumable parts used on fiber laser that are described in the maintenance manual are not covered under warranty. Moreover, using the machine out of the conditions
                      that are described in the maintenance and user manuals, problems that are caused by unqualified operators and damages and less maintenance are not covered under
                      warranty.

                    In case of any problems or break downs, the nature of the problem will be  confirmed  by telephone, fax and email.  If the problem cannot be solved  online, İnanlar
                      technical team will go to the customer’s plant.

                    After the warranty period, all after sales service and spare parts will be provided by İnanlar and will be invoiced to the customer.

                    We do not take over guarantee for the wear parts like  nozzles, protection glass, lens sensing rings with cable and terminal on capacitive height sensor.



            4.5.    Installation and Training of Machine (optional)

            The machine will be installed and put in operation by 4 technicians from Supllier company. The installation will take 7 days. Power, compressed air and gas supplies must be ready
            before the installation.
            During the period the buyers provides to the sellers commissioning personnel an interpreter free of charge and qualified personnel for assistance.

            The power, air and gas supply must be available prior to machine installation.

            In case there is any waiting time, for which the seller is not responsible, the seller have a right to charge this cost additional with respect to his service rates and the buyer have to
            pay all charges connected with postponed leave (rebooking of hotel, flight tickets, etc).
