What if the parents can't make it for the scheduled PM but still insists to know
about their child's progress?
Answer:
These group of parents may attend the next PM session which would be in 2
months’ time. Whereby, it is essential for them to listen to the general sharing
which would help them understand much deeper about their children’s progress.
