How often do you review your assistant’s WS setting? And what are the aspects

usually being reviewed through student’s study record?

Answer:

Teachers’ WS setting is usually reviewed on a monthly basis.

Aspects reviewed on are for instance students’ consistency of work, consistency

of work submission etc. Should that be observed from the study record,

communications would be carried out with the parents.

Otherwise, if students are progressing well, they shall progress as planned by

each of the teachers.
