Question:
How do your assistants keep the Parents’ Meeting – Individual Sharing under 10 minutes? Is
it sufficient to provide updates and feedbacks?
Answer:
10 minutes is ample time for teachers to provide feedbacks to individual parents as much of
the communication has been done by Kak Mahiran in the earlier group general sharing
session. (Including the sharing of students’ progress and projection graph).
Besides that, some of the feedbacks (Such as: Inconsistency in study condition) could be
done through teachers’ WhatsApp group with each set of parents too, without having to
wait until the scheduled PM session.
