they want today. We can find women in different jobs like doctors, teachers or lawyers. For

example, the president of Argentina is a woman so it shows that women have the same
skills than men.

Another difference is how they are treated at home. In the past, women had the

obligation to stay at home and look for the children because people thought that men had to
work, that is why women learned all the household chores since they were very young. On

the other hand, nowadays, women share the household chores with their husbands and they
both look for their children together because sometimes the woman works too.

Third, the freedom of liberty has changed. In the past, women could not give an

opinion about anything because those opinions were not valuable. For instance, women
cannot vote so they did not have the right to participate in the elections of the

representatives of the country.
To conclude, the role of woman today is better because in the past, women were

limited and they cannot develop their skills because they were just at home. I think that
these changes have been positive and that we have to continue working to reach an equality

for women because there is still much to do.
