STATEMENT OF PERSONAL LEARNING GOALS..
I would like to write academic compositions properly and Writing II will be very helpful
in my learning process so I have many expectations about this subject. First, I expect to
write good essays. I want to learn the steps to write the different kinds of essays and the
linking words that I need to join my sentences with coherence. Second, I want to use the
correct punctuation in my essays because it will help me to give the correct sense to my
writings. Third, I want to correct my grammar mistakes because sometimes there are
common mistakes that are not clear like the case of the order of adjectives and I want to
avoid them. In addition, to achieve my goals, I will put a great effort in my assignments
because they will help me to reinforce the information given in class. Also, I will follow
the instructions of the teacher for writing using what I learn. Furthermore, I will pay
attention to class and participate frequently.
