Transition & Practical Completion Team Mahi Ratnapala Engineering & Technical Advisor Operations Manager Property Manager, Asset Services Strategic Advisory Support Services Ho-Yen will lead the day to day operations of running your building as the single point of contact for your tenants. He will be part of the overall pre-delivery team as well as ongoing management, focusing on the initial draft of budgets and operational planning. Ho-Yen’s focus post-delivery will be on operational management including; • Attending PCG meetings • Monthly reporting • Developing the asset plans and budgets • Delivering a superior customer service to your tenants. Ho-Yen Fan brings more than 32 experience in the property industry. Currently Ho-Yen is the Property Manager responsible for 155 Clarence Street, 1 31 York Street and 570 George Street. Ho-Yen also has experience in commercial and industrial sectors across Australia, and the retail and banking sectors of the property industry. Operations Manager - estimated allocation (20% - subject to any special needs of the tenants) commencing 3 months prior to go live. As we approach practical completion, we will engage our operations manager, Jason Natoli the culture of MEAG and your tenants.
