Damian’s knowledge and experience of construction and fitout enables him to discuss with either the consultant’s team or the client, issues ranging from business development opportunities, lease negotiations through to make good, development approvals, heritage issues, construction, programming and value management.

Damian has worked both within the local Australian market and Internationally as the client, the clients representative and Project Management consultant where he has gained unique and extensive experience within the property industry.
Having focused on commercial property, Damian has managed and directed many large projects for multinational organisations including American Express, Suncorp, AMP, Macquarie Bank (Shelley Street and 50 Martin Place), Mastercard, Citrix and NSW Ambulance.
Throughout these projects Damian has overseen the different phases of planning, authority approvals, stakeholder management, management of design and engineering teams and construction, whilst effectively communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.
Damian has worked within the Cushman & Wakefield project management team as a Director for 2 years.
