Kieran has worked on a range of projects developing his experience across a number of construction sectors and has rotated through the different disciplines of a design and construct Head Contractor to Design Manager where he developed strong managerial skills.

Kieran has been involved in projects from tender phase to completion where his responsibilities included bid phase tender submissions and presentations, evaluating projects for value engineering potential to create a competitive advantage, managing a team of design consultants to develop documentation from concept to construction and involved in the competitive tendering process of trade packages to subcontractors.
Kieran’s involvement in the Macquarie Bank refurbishment at 1 Martin Place provided him with a solid understanding of remedial base build upgrades and heritage works. He managed the coordination of design consultants and remedial contractors to deliver the best outcome for Macquarie Bank whilst ensuring the integrity of the works. He believes that whilst the delivery of the project is an important short-term measure, the legacy of a well-planned building is a far more important outcome.
Kieran has managed the design, procurement and installation of façade for both the Mark Moran Aged Care facility at Vaucluse ($4.5M façade package) and Block 4N at Frasers Central Park development ($12M façade package) in the role of Project Engineer. This role required Kieran to coordinate Architects, Façade Engineers and Façade suppliers to deliver the works. Through multiple trips to China to review façade testing and factory inspections for quality Kieran has developed an extensive understanding of the quality drivers of a façade. He has also assisted with the rectification of façade remedial works from legacy projects to rectify defects and implement preventative solutions for the upkeep of the assets.
