Joel joined Cushman and Wakefield in January 2016 as a Consultant in the Tenant Advisory Group and has since
transitioned to the CBD Office Leasing Team as an Executive.
Joel has actively been involved and studying the property industry for 6 years both within Australia and New Zealand. Joel provides expert strategic occupancy solutions that meet the client’s goals, by aligning real estate needs with a client’s business strategy, financial goals and operational objectives. In Joel’s previous role he covered the spectrum of commercial leases relating to and including: lease renewals; rent reviews; make good and lease negotiations; as well as the relocation and sourcing of new sites and premises.
Joel’s analytical and proactive style to commercial leasing as well as his financial knowledge means he has a greater understanding of the tenant’s perspective.
Joel is now active in the Sydney CBD office leasing brokerage market and works alongside some of Sydney’s large institutional and private landlords.
