Sam has nearly 40 years’ experience in property management services. Sam is the Director responsible for Property & Asset Management operations in Asia Pacific. The changes in Property Management have been impactful to clients and teams across APAC. Sam has been at the forefront of the technology changes across the industry.
Professional Expertise
Sam was instrumental in winning the management of the ING Office & Industrial Funds, DEXUS and Challenger – some of the largest outsourcing assignments in Australia. He was also involved in winning the Shanghai Tower, Shanghai, the tallest outsourced management in history; the Lotte Tower, Hanoi, Vietnam, the tallest tower in Vietnam; GFC House, Seoul, South Korea for GIC; and numerous others across APAC.
Sam is currently assisting with the strategic advice and direction for the business line.
