Yanfei joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2016 and is the key finance person in the Asset Services team with her current role involving managing and co-ordinating all financial reporting requirements at property level for the clients she represents. This includes IFRS incentive amortisation and rental smoothing, balance sheet reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, annual outgoings reconciliations and audits and variance analysis and commentary
Professional Expertise
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2016, Yanfei worked at CBRE for two years in a similar role. Yanfei had also worked at Lend Lease as Project Accountant on the NBN (National Broadbank Network) project. She was responsible for the cost tracking, construction summary reports, balance sheet reconciliation, Income and expense commentary. Her role involved a great deal of internal and external stakeholder relationship management. Yanfei has also worked at Charter Hall as property accountant, both in retail and office team, where she was responsible for tenancy schedule maintenance, monthly accruals, variance analysis and commentary, balance sheet reconciliation, annual outgoings reconciliation, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation and system migration.
