Dr. Wanda Heading-Grant is the Vice
President for Human Resources,
Diversity, and Multicultural Affairs. She
was previously UVM’s first Chief Diversity
Officer, Associate Provost for
Multicultural Affairs and Academic
Initiatives, Associate Dean of the College
of Education and Social Services, and
Executive Director of the Affirmative
Action and Equal Opportunity Office.
She holds a Clinical Associate Professor
appointment in the Department of Social
Work and she is a member of the
Graduate College.
In 2018 she received the UVM Alumni
Achivement Award, and the National
Association of Diversity Officers in Higher
Education Individual Leadership Award.
