Conclusion

 We believe that if the school of Mabuya Second-

ary School can be an ideal school with the ideal

teachers if they can train the teachers on how to

be ideal in the 4IR.

 The school should improve on the technology that

they use, try to improve the computers that they

use to the modernized computers so that learners

and teachers can be able to learn somethings that

might be useful for now and in the future.

 The school should use the school resources effec-

tively by using the school library in a proper way

to improve the reading skills of learners and intro-

duce other books that might be useful to the

learner’s research and develop the knowledge

and skills of the learners.

 The school should also do more of field-trips ra-

ther than teaching in the classroom only.
