Personal Reflection on my ACP Experience

This has been the most exciting and enlightening experience I have had during my
time in college back when I was a student, and now as a teacher.

I have discovered how students learn, what motivates them, how to reach them,
how to better organize my lesson plans and how to better assess the effectiveness
of my teaching.

I honestly believe I am a better teacher after having been on this journey.

I have and certainly will continue to use the new tools to engage students, teach

them how to learn and how to assess their own performance.

I will continue my search for more tools to insure student success.

I appreciate my colleagues in this class and I admire your energy, commitment and
willingness to collaborate.

Most of all I want to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Filoteo for her hard work in
preparation, presentation, patience and inspiration.
