Scott requests that every new employee complete an on-line communication assessment called an Everything Workplace DiSC. In the week or so, you will
receive an email from Connie Felton at Matrix Executive Coaching with a link to complete your DiSC. It should only take you 15-20 minutes to complete the
assessment. Keep in mind that your responses to the assessment are in the context of your workplace. You will receive a copy of your DiSC report not
long after completing the DiSC assessment. Scott will provide background and explanation of the DiSC during a debriefing meeting that will be scheduled in
the near future.
