เพ้อสร้างมาติรฐานท่ถูกติ้องในการแจ้งราคาขายปล่ก แนะนําาทําาใหผ้ ปู้ ระกอบอติุ สาหกรรมและผนู้ ําาเขา้ สามารถ ปฏิิบัติิติามพระราชื้บัญญัติิภาษ่สรรพสามิติ พ.ศ. 2560 ไดอ้ ยา่ งถกู ติอ้ ง สรา้ งฐานขอ้ มลู ราคาขายปลก่ แนะนาํา ทน่ า่ เชื้อ้ ถอ้ สร้างระบบการติรวจสอบราคาขายปล่กแนะนําาท่สะดวก รวดเรว็ และถกู ติอ้ งโดยกรมสรรพสามติิ กําาหนดแนวทางใน การเชื้้อมโยงข้อมูลการแจ้งราคาขายปล่กแนะนําากับระบบ Eco-sticker กับสําานักงานเศรษฐกิจอุติสาหกรรม เพ้อใชื้้ ประกอบการพจิ ารณ์าราคาขายปลก่ แนะนาํา ติามพระราชื้บญั ญติั ิ ภาษ่สรรพสามิติ พ.ศ.2560

จัดซี้อเคร้องม้อวิทยาศาสติร์เพ้อเร่งรัดการติรวจ วเิคราะหส์ นิ คา้ อยา่ งมป่ ระสทิ ธภิ าพประกอบดว้ ยเครอ้ งกลนั นําามันอัติโนมัติิ สําาหรับสินค้าประเภทนําามันและผลติิ ภณ์ั ฑ์์ นาํา มันท่ได้จากผลิติภัณ์ฑ์์แปรรูปปิโติรเล่ยม เคร้องหาค่า ออกเทนและองค์ประกอบในนําามันเบนซีิน เคร้องหาค่า ความหน้ดในนําามันด่เซีล และเคร้องวิเคราะห์หาปริมาณ์ ไนโติรเจนและโปรติ่น
14. โครงการป้องกันและปราบปรามผู้กระทําผิดั กฎหมายสรรพสามิต(สตป.)
ในปีงบประมาณ์ พ.ศ. 2564 กรมสรรพสามติิ จับกุม ผู้กระทําาความผิดกฎหมายสรรพสามิติ จําานวนคด่คุณ์ภาพ 355 คด่ (เป้าหมาย 120 คด)่ สูงกว่าเป้าหมาย 235 คด่ คดิ เปน็ รอ้ ยละ195.83และคดิ เปน็ เงนิ คา่ ปรบั เปรย่ บเทย่ บคด่ จําานวนค่าปรับเปร่ยบเท่ยบคด่ 119.375 ล้านบาท (เป้าหมาย 54.000 ล้านบาท) สูงกว่าเป้าหมาย 65.375 ล้านบาท คิดเป็นร้อยละ 121.06

To provide new types of excise stamp (e-Stamp) for stamp disbursing and auditable by QR Code and Numbering
12. Connecting Database on Suggested Retail Prices with Eco-sticker and the Office
of Industrial Economics
To build the right standards to declare suggested retail price, for manufacturers and importers to promptly followed by the Excise Act B.E. 2560 (2017), and to build accuracy database suggested retail price, and auditing suggested retail price system which is convenient, accurate and fast. The Excise Department has set directions of suggested retail price declaration with Eco-sticker system and the Office of Industrial Economics to consider suggested retail price follow by the Excise Act B.E. 2560 (2017)
13. Purchasing Scientific Tools to Efficiency Analyze Goods
Purchasing scientific tools to efficiency analyze goods comprise of automatics oil refinery machine for by products of petroleum products like oil and oil products, octane and gasoline compound analyzer, kinematic viscometer, nitrogen and protein analyzer.
14. Prevention and Suppression of Offences against the Excise Law
In the fiscal year 2021, the Excise Department arrested the offenders against the excise law for 355 quality cases (against the target of 120 cases), which is 235 cases or 195.83% above the target. Total fine collected was Baht 119.375 million (against Baht 54,000 million target), which is Baht. 18,031 million, Baht 65.375 million, or 121.06% above the target.
