เพ้อให้เกิดความชื้ัดเจนในการจัดเก็บภาษย่ าเส้น และ มาติรฐานในแนวทางการจดั เกบ็ ภาษย่ าเสน้ และปฏิบิ ติั ไิ ปใน ทิศทางเด่ยวกันเป็นการสร้างความเป็นธรรมในการจัดเก็บ ภาษย่ าเสน้ ดว้ ย จงึ ไดม้ ก่ ารศกึ ษาและวเิ คราะหส์ นิ คา้ ยาเสน้ และยาเส้นปรุงของผปู้ ระกอบอุติสาหกรรม

To improve, revise and integrated laws of the Excise Department’s subordinate legislations for sustainable development.
21. Developing tobacco tax collecting administration standard
The Excise Department studied and analyzed manufacturers’ tobacco products and flavoured tobacco, to clearify the same operating direction about tobacco tax collecting and standard, and fair tax collecting.
22. Revising Oil and Oil Product Industry Controlling Laws
To manage and modernize standards of oil, oil product tax collecting, and to align with current situation, include regulation revision about controlling, tracking, regulating oil and oil product factories about clearification and efficiency.
