51. โครงการเสริมสร้างความผาสุกและความผูกพัน ของบุคลากรกรมสรรพสามิต(สบค.)
เพ้อส่งเสริมสนับสนุนความสามัคค่ สร้างสัมพันธภาพ อันด่ สร้างความผาสุกและความผูกพันของบุคลากรให้เกิด ขึนในองค์กร บุคลากรม่ขวัญกําาลังใจ สามารถปฏิิบัติิงาน ไดอ้ ยา่ งเติม็ ท่ บรรลวุ ติั ถปุ ระสงคติ์ ามนโยบายทก่ รมสรรพสามติิ กําาหนดไว้ โดยไดด้ ําาเนนิ การจดั กจิ กรรมติา่ ง ๆ อาทิ กจิ กรรม การเติร่ยมความพร้อมเข้าสู่วัยผู้สูงอายุท่ม่ศักยภาพ โยคะ กิจกรรมการจัดซี้อเคร้องออกกําาลังกาย อุปกรณ์์เสริม ด้านก่ฬา และรวบรวมชื้้อและจําานวนผู้ประสงค์ฉ่ดวัคซี่น (โควิด-19) เพ้อขอรับการจัดสรรจากหน่วยงานติ่าง ๆ รวมถึงการทําาประกันภัยโควิดกลุ่มให้เจ้าหน้าท่ทุกประเภท ทุกระดับ
52.โครงการการบรู ณาการเครอ่ ขา่ ยการตรวจสอบ และกํากบั ดัูแลเชิงรุก(กตภ.)
ดําาเนินการจัดทําาแนวทางการติรวจสอบให้หน่วยรับ ติรวจนําาไปใชื้้เป็นแนวทางกําากับดูแล สร้างเคร้อข่าย การติรวจสอบระหว่างกลุ่มติรวจสอบภายในกับสําานักงาน สรรพสามิติภาค
53.โครงการก่อสร้างสํานักงานสรรพสามิตและ บ้านพกั ข้าราชการสรรพสามิต(กตท.)
เพ้อให้สําานักงานสรรพสามิติม่ความทันสมัย สวยงาม อําานวยความสะดวกติ่อผู้เส่ยภาษ่และเพิมประสิทธิภาพ ในการปฏิิบัติิราชื้การ โดยได้ดําาเนินการจัดทําาแบบก่อสร้าง และรายละเอ่ยดการก่อสร้าง/ปรับปรุงซี่อมแซีมสําานักงาน สรรพสามิติ และบ้านพักข้าราชื้การสรรพสามติิ
51. Increasing Happiness and Personnel Engagement to Officials of The Excise Department
To enhance and harmonize good relationship, happiness, engagement and moral supporting among offcials, that leads to inspire them to fully dedicate for work and achieved organization objective goals and also hosted several activitues to prepare them to be quality senior citizen eg. Yoga, exercise equipment purchasing and sport appliances, compiled vaccination name list to get provided vaccine from other organizations, providing Covid-19 insurance group for every staffs, at every types and every levels.
52. Integrating Proactive Audit and Supervision Networks
A guideline for audit was prepared for audit units in order to be used as a supervisory guidance and to build audit networks between the internal audit group and the Excise Regional Offices.
53. Construction of Office Buildings and Housing for Excise Officials
Office buildings and civil servant residences for 27 projects had been constructed in order to increase performance efficiency of the excise officials and facilitate visitors.
