1. ผลการจดัั เก็บรายไดั้
ในปีงบประมาณ์ พ.ศ. 2564 (ติุลาคม 2563-กันยายน 2564) กรมสรรพสามิติจัดเก็บรายได้ภาษ่ติําากว่าปีก่อน และติําากว่าประมาณ์การติามเอกสารงบประมาณ์ โดย จัดเก็บรายได้ภาษ่ทังสินจําานวน 531,606.38 ล้านบาท ติําากว่าปีก่อน (548,365.56 ล้านบาท) จําานวน 16,759.18 ล้านบาท ลดลงร้อยละ 3.06 และติําากว่าประมาณ์การ ติามเอกสารงบประมาณ์ (634,000 ล้านบาท) จําานวน 102,393.62 ล้านบาท ลดลงร้อยละ 16.15 เน้องจาก สถานการณ์์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคติิดเชื้้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 (Covid-19) ระลอกใหมท่ ่ยังคงทว่ความรุนแรงและ ติ่อเน้องถึงปัจจุบัน ทําาให้ม่ผู้ติิดเชื้้อเพิมขึนเป็นจําานวนมาก และเพอ้ เปน็ การควบคมุ การแพรร่ ะบาดของโรคติดิ เชื้อ้ ไวรสั โคโรนา 2019 (Covid-19) ฐบาลจึงออกพระราชื้กําาหนด การบริหารราชื้การในสถานการณ์์ฉุกเฉินเพ้อควบคุม การแพรร่ ะบาดอยา่ งเขม้ งวด ซีงึ สง่ ผลกระทบติอ่ การดําาเนนิ ชื้่วิติของประชื้าชื้น การทําาธุรกิจ และภาวะเศรษฐกิจ ในประเทศชื้ะลอลง โดยเฉพาะภาคการท่องเท่ยว และ บริการติ่าง ๆ จากปัจจัยดังกล่าวส่งผลติ่อการจัดเก็บรายได้

1. Revenue Collection Performance
In the fiscal year 2021 (October 2020-September 2021), Excise Department collected revenue lower than the previous year, and lower than the amount determined in the estimate documentation, for Baht 531,606.38 million, lower than previous year (Baht 546,365.56 million) Baht 16,759.18 million, or 3.06% and lower than the amount determined in the estimate documentation (634,000 million Baht) Baht 102,393.62 million, or 16.15%, due to new wave of Covid-19 pandemic situation that has become more intense, and has increased lots of infected patients. By virtue of Section 5 of the Emergency Decree on Public Administration in Emergency Situations B.E. 2548 (2005), the Prime Minister, upon approval of the Council of Ministers, hereby declares an Emergency Situation in all areas of the Kingdom of Thailand, and this effected to people’s living, business operations, and economic deflation, especially tourism and service sectors. Such factors also continuously effect to excise revenue collection.
