2. วิเคราะห์ผลการจดัั เก็บรายไดั้
ในปีงบประมาณ์ พ.ศ. 2564 กรมสรรพสามติิ จัดเก็บ รายได้ภาษ่ติําากว่าปีก่อน ติําากว่าประมาณ์การติามเอกสาร งบประมาณ์และติําากว่าประมาณ์การ เนอ้ งจากสถานการณ์์ การแพร่ระบาดของโรคติิดเชื้้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 (Covid-19) ท่ยังไม่คล่คลาย แม้ว่าจําานวนผู้ติิดเชื้้อราย ใหม่ในแติ่ละวันม่จําานวนลดลงอย่างติ่อเน้อง และเพ้อเป็น การควบคุมการแพร่ระบาดของโรคติิดเชื้้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 (Covid-19) รัฐบาลยังคงมาติรการควบคุมท่เข้มงวด อย่างติ่อเน้อง ซีึงส่งผลกระทบติ่อการดําาเนินชื้่วิติ ของประชื้าชื้น การทําาธุรกิจและภาวะเศรษฐกิจในประเทศ ชื้ะลอลง โดยเฉพาะภาคการท่องเท่ยว และบริการติ่าง ๆ จากปัจจัยดังกล่าวส่งผลติ่อการจัดเก็บรายได้ภาษ่ สรรพสามิติอย่างหล่กเล่ยงมิได้ โดยสามารถวิเคราะห์ เป็นรายประเภทสินค้าหลัก ๆ ได้ ดังน่
2. Revenue Collection Performance Analysis
In the fiscal year of 2021, The Excise Department collected excise revenue tax lower than estimate documentation, and lower than the amount determined, due to Covid-19 pandemic situation still unresolves, even daily new active patient numbers continuously decreased. To control the pandemic of Covid-19 situation, therefore, government still maintaned control measures, that effects to people’s living, business way, and economic deflation, especially tourism and service sectors, and continuously effects to excise revenue collection.This can be analyzed by core productcategories, as follows;
