Free Zone และรถยนติ์นําาเข้า เพ้อรองรับการจัดงาน ดังกล่าวและทยอยส่งมอบรถยนติ์ให้กับผู้บริโภคท่จอง รถยนติ์ในงานดังกล่าว
- สาเหติุท่จัดเก็บรายได้ภาษ่รถยนติ์ติําากว่า ประมาณ์การติามเอกสารงบประมาณ์ (120,000 ล้านบาท) จําานวน 29,450.06 ลา้ นบาท ลดลงรอ้ ยละ 24.54 โดยสาเหติุ สําาคญั 3 ประการ ดงั น่ (1) เนอ้ งจากผปู้ ระกอบอติุ สาหกรรม รถยนติ์รายใหญ่ทังในประเทศและในพ้นท่เขติปลอดอากร
(Free Zone) ลดกําาลังการผลิติ และหยุดการผลิติเป็นการ ชื้ัวคราว เป็นผลมาจากปัญหาขาดแคลนชื้ินส่วนเพ้อผลิติ รถยนติ์ และปัญหาการขาดแคลนชื้นิ ส่วนเซีมิคอนดักเติอร์ (Semiconductor) เป็นสําาคัญ (2) กําาลังซี้อของภาคครัว เร้อนและความเชื้้อมันของผู้บริโภคในประเทศท่อ่อนแอลง จากสถานการณ์ก์ ารแพรร่ ะบาดของโรคติดิ เชื้อ้ ไวรสั โคโรนา 2019 (Covid-19) ซีงึ เปน็ ปจั จยั สําาคญั ทส่ ง่ ผลกระทบติอ่ ภาค ธุรกิจและการจ้างงาน ทําาให้ผู้บริโภคม่ความระมัดระวังการ จับจ่ายใชื้้สอยในชื้่วงนม่ ากขนึ และ (3) แนวโน้มการปล่อย สนิ เชื้อ้ รถยนติข์ องสถาบนั การเงนิ มค่ วามระมดั ระวงั มากขนึ จากสภาพเศรษฐกิจของผู้บริโภคเอง โดยสถาบันการเงินจะ พจิ ารณ์าถงึ หลกั เกณ์ฑ์ค์ วามสอดคลอ้ งของรายไดแ้ ละความ สามารถในการชื้ําาระหน่ของลูกค้าท่จะขอสินเชื้้อ ทําาให้การ อนมุ ติั สิ นิ เชื้อ้ รถยนติจ์ ะถกู คดั เฉพาะลกู คา้ ทม่ ค่ วามสามารถ ผ่อนชื้ําาระได้จริง
2.3 ภาษีเี บยี ร์ จดั เกบ็ รายไดภ้ าษจ่ ําานวน 81,039.91 ล้านบาท สูงกว่าปีก่อน (80,026.83 ล้านบาท) จําานวน 1,013.08 ล้านบาท เพมิ ขนึ ร้อยละ 1.27
- สาเหติุท่จัดเก็บรายได้ภาษ่เบ่ยร์สูงกว่า ปกี อ่ น เน้อ งจากการแพรร่ ะบาดของโรคติดิ เชื้อ้ ไวรสั โคโรนา 2019 (Covid-19) ระลอกแรกในปกี ่อน กรมสรรพสามิติ ออกมาติรการเยย่ วยาผปู้ ระกอบอติุ สาหกรรมและผปู้ ระกอบ กิจการสถานบริการ โดยออกประกาศกรมสรรพสามิติ ขยายเวลาการย้นแบบรายการชื้ําาระภาษ่ให้ผู้ประกอบ อุติสาหกรรมและผู้ประกอบกิจการสถานบริการย้นแบบ รายการภาษแ่ ละชื้าํา ระภาษภ่ ายในวนั ท่15กรกฎาคมพ.ศ.2563

encourage consumers to make purchase decision, and drive automobile market direction to get better, therefore, this urges automobile corporates to pay tax, both domestic and free zone area and imported automobile tax for trade fair hosting, and keep delivering to bookers in the trade shows.
- On the other hand, automobile tax collection is lower than estimate documentation (Baht 120,000 million) Baht 29,450.06 million, or 24.54% due to negative factors as follows; (1) big automobile corporates both domestic and free zone area decrease their capacities and temporary stop production lines because short suppplied of automobile parts and semiconductor (2) weakness of household purchasing power, and decreasing of consumer confidence from Covid-19 pandemic, that effects business sectors, employment and consumers’ spending with more careful. Therefore, financial institutes strictly concern about criteria and qualifications of loan borrowers, especiaily revenue and ability of debt payment, to approve only qualified loan borrowers.
2.3 Beer tax: collection is higher than the previous year, due to the first wave of Covid-19 pandemic situation last year, Excise Department declares measures to facilitate service and industrial businesses affected by Covid-19 situation by extending tax payment deadline to be within July 15, 2021.
