สว่ นมาตรฐานและพฒั นการจดัั เกบ็ ภาษี 1ไดัร้ วบรวม ข้อมูลผลการปฏิิบัติราชการ ประจําปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ.2564ดังั นี
1. ส้บเน้องจากสถานการณ์์การแพร่ระบาดของเชื้้อ ไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 หร้อ โรคโควิด 2019 (Covid-2019) ในปี 2564 กรมสรรพสามิติส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนการใชื้้ แอลกอฮอล์หร้อสุราสามทับนําาไปผลิติเป็นผลิติภัณ์ฑ์์ ทําาความสะอาดและฆ่่าเชื้้อโรค โดยการให้สิทธิทางภาษ่ใน อัติราภาษ่ศูนย์ของสุราสามทับ (แอลกอฮอล์) เพอ้ เป็นการ ลดติ้นทุนทางภาษ่ และส่งเสริมให้ม่ปริมาณ์ผลิติภัณ์ฑ์์ ทําาความสะอาดเพ่ยงพอติ่อความติ้องการของประชื้าชื้น เสริมสร้างความปลอดภัยจากการติิดเชื้้อไวรัสโคโรนา หร้อ โควิด 19 จึงได้ม่ประกาศกรมสรรพสามิติ เร้อง หลักเกณ์ฑ์์ วิธ่การและเงอ้ นไขการขอใชื้้สิทธิเส่ยภาษ่ในอัติราภาษ่ศูนย์ สําาหรับสุราสามทับท่นําาไปทําาการแปลงสภาพ เพ้อใชื้้ใน การผลิติผลิติภัณ์ฑ์์ทําาความสะอาดทัวไปท่ม่แอลกอฮอล์ เป็นส่วนประกอบ รายละเอ่ยด ดังน่
1.1 ประกาศกรมสรรพสามิติเร้องหลักเกณ์ฑ์์ วิธ่การ และเงอ้ นไขการขอใชื้้สิทธิเส่ยภาษใ่ นอัติราภาษ่ศูนย์ สําาหรับสุราสามทับท่นําาไปทําาการแปลงสภาพ เพอ้ ใชื้้ในการ ผลิติผลิติภัณ์ฑ์์ทําาความสะอาดม้อท่ม่แอลกอฮอล์เป็นส่วน ประกอบเพอ้ ขาย ลงวันท่ 29 กันยายน 2563 บังคับใชื้้ถัด จากวันออกประกาศจนถึงวันท่ 31 ธันวาคม 2563
1.2 ประกาศกรมสรรพสามิติเร้องหลักเกณ์ฑ์์ วิธ่การ และเง้อนไขการขอใชื้้สิทธิเส่ยภาษ่ในอัติราภาษ่ ศนู ยส์ ําาหรบั สรุ าสามทบั ทน่ ําาไปทําาการแปลงสภาพ เพอ้ ใชื้ใ้ น การผลิติผลิติภัณ์ฑ์์ทําาความสะอาดท่ม่แอลกอฮอล์เป็นส่วน ประกอบ ลงวันท่ 29 กันยายน 2563 บังคับใชื้้ถัดจากวัน ออกประกาศจนถึงวันท่ 31 ธันวาคม 2563
1.3 ประกาศกรมสรรพสามิติเร้องหลักเกณ์ฑ์์ วิธ่การ และเงอ้ นไขการขอใชื้้สิทธิเส่ยภาษใ่ นอัติราภาษ่ศูนย์ สําาหรับสุราสามทับท่นําาไปทําาการแปลงสภาพ เพ้อใชื้้ใน การผลิติผลิติภัณ์ฑ์์ทําาความสะอาดม้อท่ม่แอลกอฮอล์ เป็นส่วนประกอบท่มิได้ทําาขึนเพ้อจําาหน่าย ลงวันท่ 29 กันยายน 2563 บังคับใชื้้ถัดจากวันออกประกาศจนถึงวันท่ 31 ธันวาคม 2563
Tax collection standard and development division 1 has complied operation results, for the fiscal year 2021 as follows;
1. Due to Covid-19 pandemic situation in 2021, the Excise Department promoted and enhanced to utilize acohol or “Sam-Tub Liquor”, (also known as “three overlapping alcohol”) to produce cleansing products and germ killing products. The objective is for reduction tax costing, increase production capability of cleansing products to serve market demand, bòosting safety from Covid-19 infections, hereby the Excise Department declared the Notifi- cation of the Excise Department Determining Rules, Procedures and Conditions for Applying a Zero Percent Tax Rate for Distilled Liquor Mixed with Denatured Alcohol for being used as Alcohol-based Cleansing Products, as follows;
1.1 NotificationoftheExciseDepartment Determing Rules, Procedures and Conditions for Applying a Zero Percent Tax Rate for Distilled Li- quor Mixed with Denatured Alcohol for being used as Alcohol-basedHand Sanitizer which is for Sale, dated December 31, 2020.
1.2 NotificationoftheExciseDepartment Determing Rules, Procedures and Conditions for Applying a Zero Percent Tax Rate for Distilled Liquor Mixed with Denatured Alcohol for being used as Alcohol-based Cleansing Products, dated September 29, 2020, effective next to declaration day until December 31, 2020.
1.3 NotificationoftheExciseDepartment Determing Rules, Procedures and Conditions for Applying a Zero Percent Tax Rate for Distilled Li- quor Mixed with Denatured Alcohol for being used as Alcohol-based Hand Sanitizer, which is not for Sale, dated September 29, 2020, effective next to declaration day until December 31, 2020
