2. การยกเว้นหร้อค้นภาษ่สําาหรับสินค้าท่ส่งออก นอกราชื้อาณ์าจักรหร้อนําาเข้าไปในเขติปลอดอากร และ สินค้าท่ผู้ประกอบอุติสาหกรรมหร้อผู้นําาเข้าม่สิทธิได้รับค้น หร้อยกเว้นภาษ่ เพ้อเป็นการสนับสนุนระบบโลจิสติิกส์ การอําานวยความสะดวกทางการคา้ และเพมิ ขด่ ความสามารถ ในการแขง่ ขนั ของประเทศ อ่กทงั เปน็ การเพมิ ทางเลอ้ กและ เป็นการอําานวยความสะดวกแก่ผู้ส่งออก ชื้่วยลดค่าใชื้้จ่าย ในการขนส่งสินค้า เน้องจากค่าใชื้้จ่ายในการขนส่ง ทางรถไฟื้ม่ค่าใชื้้จ่ายน้อยกว่าขนส่งโดยทางรถบรรทุกไป สง่ ออก ณ์ ดา่ นศลุ กากรแหลมฉบงั จงึ ไดเ้ สนอกรมสรรพสามติิ ใหค้ วามเหน็ ชื้อบการปรบั ปรงุ หลกั เกณ์ฑ์์ วธิ ก่ าร และเงอ้ นไข การยกเว้นหร้อค้นภาษ่สําาหรับสุรา พร้อมส่งร่างประกาศ กรมสรรพสามิติ เร้อง หลักเกณ์ฑ์์ วิธ่การ และเง้อนไข การยกเว้นหร้อค้นภาษ่สําาหรับสินค้าท่ส่งออกนอก ราชื้อาณ์าจักรหร้อนําาเข้าไปในเขติปลอดอากร และสินค้า ท่ผู้ประกอบอุติสาหกรรมหร้อผู้นําาเข้าม่สิทธิได้รับค้นหร้อ ยกเว้นภาษ่ (ฉบับท่ 5) ลงวันท่ 19 เมษายน 2564
3. การย้นคําาขอและการอนุมัติิให้ใชื้้ฉลาก ปิดภาชื้นะบรรจุสุราท่จะนําาเข้ามาในราชื้อาณ์าจักร ทางระบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เพ้อเป็นการอําานวยความสะดวก ให้ผู้ย้นขออนุมัติิฉลากเป็นไปอย่างรวดเร็ว ลดระยะเวลา และขันติอนการย้นเอกสาร ลดการใชื้้กระดาษ และใน ส่วนของกรมสรรพสามิติเจ้าหน้าท่สามารถพิจารณ์าฉลาก ได้อย่างรวดเร็ว ประหยัดเวลา ค่าใชื้้จ่าย ติลอดจนเป็น การพัฒนาระบบงานฉลากไปยังระบบงานอ้นท่เก่ยวข้อง เพ้อให้สามารถใชื้้ข้อมูลโดยไม่ติ้องบันทึกข้อมูลใหม่ เชื้่น ระบบราคาขายปล่กแนะนําา การติรวจสอบข้อมูลฉลาก จากระบบในขนั ติอนการออกใบอนญุ าตินําาเขา้ ของเจา้ หนา้ ท่ อ อ ก ใ บ อ น ญุ า ติ น ํา า เ ข า้ ส รุ า เ ป น็ ติ น้ จ งึ ไ ด เ้ ส น อ ก ร ม ส ร ร พ ส า ม ติิ ให้ความเห็นชื้อบ การออกประกาศกรมสรรพสามิติ เร้อง หลักเกณ์ฑ์์และวิธ่การ ในการย้นคําาขอและการอนุมัติิ ให้ใชื้้ฉลากปิดภาชื้นะบรรจุสุราท่นําาเข้ามาในราชื้อาณ์าจักร ผ่านระบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ลงวันท่ 24 สิงหาคม 2564
1.10 Notification of the Excise Department Determing Rules, Procedures and Conditions for Applying a Zero Percent Tax Rate for Distilled Liquor Mixed with Denatured Alcohol for being used as Alcohol-based Cleansing Products, dated September 30, 2021, effective next to declaration day until December 31, 2021.
2. Exemptionorreturnofexciseforexported goods from the kingdom, or taken into free zone and goods that industrialists or importers are enti- tled to excise return or exemption, to leverage lo- gistics, to facilitate their commercial and importers, to increase more alternatives and nation competi- tiveness, and to decrease logistics cost, according to train logistics cost is lower than truck logistics cost at Laem Chabang Port Customs Office. Hereby, the Excise Department approved rules, procedures, and conditions revision about exemption or return of excise for liquor, and present Notification Draft of the Excise Department Determing Rules Exported Goods from the Kingdom or taken into Free Zone and Goods that Industrialists or Importers are en- titled to Excise Return or Exemption (No. 5), dated April 19, 2021.
3. Requestingpermissionandissuinglicense via electronic systems, for label on liquor contain- ers that taken into the kingdom, to facilitate for applicants with speed, time saving, and reduction ot documentation process and paper consumption, hereby the Excise Department also considers with speed, time and cost saving, and also developed label systems to other related work systems with- out re-submit for example, suggested retail price, auditing within system about “product label infor- mation” under imported issuing license process, by this the Excise Department declared and approved Notification of the Excise Department Determining Rules, Procedures for Requesting Permission for Label on Liquor Containers that Taken into the Kingdom, dated August 24, 2021.
