1. WHO TAKES CLIMATE RESPONSIBILITIES?
This is a question that has made its way in and out of
corridors of power, who should expend resources in
practices that will safeguard the climate. Given the
competition for global economic dominance, great
countries such as USA, CHINA , RUSSIA and JAPAN.
These countries are inept to take climate
responsibilities. As the conflict ensues on who takes
climate responsibilities, the climate continues to
deteoriate and lives of the inhabitants of the earth
continue being exposed to new risks.
