  Getting to Know Your Officers
Liz Head Co-Treasurer
Introduction
When I first joined the camera club I was using a Pentax K1000 (film), then I had a couple of Panasonic Lumix bridge cameras. When I decided to get a DSLR I had a
Canon rebel Xsi and then upgraded to a Canon 60D. I was finding the 60D too heavy to lug around so went back to the Lumix GH3 a mirror less micro 2/3 camera.
These Lumix cameras are perfect for me as they are a lot lighter. I have a 7-14mm wide angle lens f4.0, a medium range 14-42 f3.5-5.6 zoom lens and 45-150 f4-5.6 zoom lens. And also a 60mm macro f2.8. However this all starts to get a bit heavy again so who knows I may go back to another Lumix bridge camera. There's one with a 1" sensor and a good zoom on it!! I'll keep you posted.
Changing cameras is my hobby!
1. Where do you live?
Owen Sound
2. How long have you been involved in the Club?
10+ years.
3. How long have you been an Officer?
7 or 8 years.
4. Why are you involved in the Planning Meetings?
As treasurer I need to be but it is good to contribute ideas and listen to the ideas of others.
5. If you could make one improvement to the Club, what would it be?
Somehow we need to make it easier for people to get to know one another and I'm not sure of the best way to do that. Perhaps members have some ideas. Being treasurer and taking all the membership dues I think I know more than most and that is good.
