The tree photo was taken on the west shore of Owen Sound looking east at sunrise. This willow growing on the shoreline is very majestic at any time, but the combination of the early morning sunrise – hidden from view but providing warm backlight, the still water and minimal background clutter created the magic in this image, in my opinion.
