The latest project undertaken by TMC Penang

In year 2016 after newly renovated church building dedication, when Rev. Jeremiah
Thomas was Pastor of TMC Penang, the LCEC decided to pursue on getting a new Van to
support the church Ministry. A committee led by Mr.Larries David was formed to focus on
working towards purchasing the Church Van. The LCEC decided to allocate some funds on
monthly basis to support the Van purchase. Several measures taken by the team to raise the
funds, major contribution came from monthly pledge by members.

Finally, the organizing committee planned a major Fund Raising by selling tickets for the
Food Fair which was organized on 26th May 2018. The Food Fair were held successfully and
every members of the church participated by opening booth to sell food, drinks and other vari-
eties.

It is a major success as the church came forward as one family to raise fund to support
the Van Project. The church nally purchased the Van with the amount of “RM120,000” and
dedicated for God's ministry on 04th Nov 2018. All Glory to God for blessing the church with a
new Van.
