Introduction

CDP was established in 2006 as a Mechanical and Electrical Building Services Consultancy to
provide a full range of professional design services.

Our design ethos is to listen to our clients’ needs and ensure we deliver their vision. Our design
approach is ensuring we meet our clients’ expectations whilst adopting simple cost effective
building solutions that minimise complexity and include a wealth of live project experience.

Over the years we have been able to work closely with many high profile organisations like
the NHS, BBC, Getty Images, Ministry of Justice and Ministry of Defence.

Having worked for End User Clients, Architects and Contractors alike, our senior designers are
well versed in the numerous intertwined elements which build up a design project, whether it
be a new build or refurbishment.

The practice recognises the environmental implications of new construction on the planet
and the reduction of energy consumption and carbon emissions is important in all of our
designs.

CDP is a small practice, but has a wealth of experience behind it. The practice revolves
around customer service and attention to detail. We consider these core beliefs allow us to
exceed our clients’ expectations and deliver design clarity. We have a track record of
delivering high quality design packages, support documentation and site support on all sizes
of project.
