Launch of Monthly Giving Program


               A monthly community giving program was launched to offer donors a different way to give:

           $10 to help recruit – Help identify and professionally interview caring volunteers (Bigs)
           $25 to help match – Make the introduction and fund the first meeting of a child and his or her mentor
           $50 to help support – Help our specialized and certified staff ensure the match is healthy and sustainable
           $100 to help succeed – Fund the entire process and help our Littles reach high school graduation and beyond!

                            YBBBS Service Enterprise Certification


                          Agency recognized by the state of Arizona as a certified volunteer-based organization
                      after the YBBBS Leadership Team achieved getting the agency certified as a Service Enterprise.
           A Service Enterprise is an organization that strategically leverages volunteers to achieve operational efficiency and greater social
             impact. Service Enterprises are among the top 11% of nonprofits in the country in volunteer management and organizational
             performance.  The Arizona Governor’s Office of Youth, Faith and Family has partnered with Points of Light, the world’s largest
             organization dedicated to volunteer service, to offer organizations within the State of Arizona access to the Service Enterprise
          Initiative. The Service Enterprise Initiative is a national change management program that helps organizations gain a greater return
                                        on volunteer investment to better achieve their mission.
