When receiver aircraft engage the drogue and move into the refueling
range, the YEL pod status indication and the yellow pod status light

WARNING
SPEC NOT FOR FLIGHT ELEC
To avoid the possible loss or damage to receiver aircraft,
do not select RESP TEST while the receiver is in contact
with or close to a partially trailed hose. HYD
CAUTION FLT CTRL
GEAR
For aircraft equipped with AYB 326, if the red and white
band becomes visible at the drogue tunnel during aerial
refueling operations, the hose is not at preset trail and DOR/RMP
PERF indicates a possible loss of hose reel tension control.
Contact with the hose under these conditions could result
in a hose sine wave, causing damage to the drogue, JETTISON
hose, or receiver probe. Aircraft shall cease operations
for the affected reel with any portion of the red and white
band visible. One attempt to cycle the hose or a reel LANDING
response test may be performed. Normal aerial refueling
operations may be resumed if no portion of the red and
white band is visible after the reel response is reset. DITCHING
Do not operate the galley or the windshield anti-icing
of the electrical load cannot be maintained below 120 BAILOUT
percent.
