                                                  focus on your goals, energy
                                                  levels,  motivation  (hunger,
                                                  passion   &    perseverance),
                                                  ownership of your journey (no
                                                  victim),  productivity   and
                                                  courage to do what matters.


                                                  There is a Review Sections
                                                  every 5 weeks to reflect, take on
                                                  the  lessons,  identify  what
                                                  matters most and plan your
                                                  next steps. There are a series of
                                                  questions  to  prompt   your
                                                  thinking and then plenty of
                                                  space for notes.
