                                        Visionary Leadership
                                        Dr. Donald T. Morrish is a physician leader and the Chief Executive Officer of Episcopal Health
                                        Services (EHS), where he oversees a health system committed to delivering high-quality,
                                        patient-centered emergency and ambulatory care to the diverse and medically underserved
                                       communities of the Rockaways and Five Towns in Queens, New York.

                                       Since joining the organization in 2013 as Chairman of the Department of Obstetrics and
                                       Gynecology, Dr. Morrish has steadily advanced through leadership roles, serving as Executive
                                        Vice President and Chief Medical Officer before being appointed CEO in 2024. Under his
                                        guidance, EHS has implemented transformative changes that have elevated patient safety,
                                        quality, and satisfaction, while expanding access to care and championing equity across its
                                       service areas.

                                        A visionary in health system innovation, Dr. Morrish has led the integration and onboarding of
                                        new hospitalist, emergency medicine, and anesthesia services. He has also helped guide the

                                       Dr. Morrish is nationally recognized for excellence in medical education and has received
                                       honors from the Association of Professors of Gynecology and Obstetrics. His approach to
                                       leadership emphasizes lifelong learning, collaboration, and community engagement, with a
                                       focus on improving outcomes and health equity.






    A Passion for Patient Care, Equity, and Innovation
    Dr. Jameela Yusuff serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer at Episcopal Health

    Services (EHS), where she leads the organization’s clinical vision and ensures the delivery of high-

    quality, patient-centered care across the healthcare continuum. In this role, she develops and

    implements strategic initiatives that enhance clinical outcomes, drive workforce development, and

    support business growth. Her responsibilities span clinical care, recruitment and retention, service

    expansion, financial oversight, team development, and long-term workforce planning.


    With nearly two decades of experience in healthcare leadership, Dr. Yusuff brings deep expertise

    and a track record of innovation to her role at EHS. Prior to joining EHS, she made history as the
    first femal  e Chief Medical Officer of the University Hospital of Brooklyn at SUNY Downstate Health
    Sciences University. Before that, she served as Medical Director of the STAR Program at SUNY

    Downstate, where she rose from frontline clinician to program leader, championing advancements

    in patient care and operational efficiency.

    Dr. Yusuff is recognized for her leadership, commitment to quality improvement, and dedication to   FACP

    health equity. She holds advanced credentials in public health, healthcare leadership, patient

    safety, and quality, and continues to inspire change through data-driven decision-making and

    collaborative leadership.
